As an innovative pension fund service provider, BERAG recognized the power of digitalization to transform how Swiss pension funds operate and interact with their customers early on.

At the same time, BERAG realized that the cornerstones of this vision could only be tapped with a new management system that sets new standards thanks to consistent process management, including the front channels, modern user journeys, and open interfaces.

The solution

Netcetera's completely digital administration system P40 covers the entire business processes of pension funds, including the digital channels to insured persons and employers. With this new product for the pension industry, pension funds succeed in achieving a maximum degree of automatization and making a significant step towards a future-proof digital administration. The system is provided as SaaS, which fulfils the highest requirements for security and data protection.

The first pension fund successfully went live with Netcetera's P40 administration system in January 2022.
