Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Carsten Wengel is an experienced leader with a proven track record in delivering innovative, effective, and revenue-generating business models. In his current role, he focuses on ensuring customer value and developing the organizational culture, capabilities, and targeted strategies to support the growth of Netcetera. His passion lies in creating additional revenue streams and recruiting and nurturing high-performance teams.
Carsten Wengel began his career with IBM in Germany before joining G+D in 2017, helping the profitable growth of the ePayments business. He holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics and is married with two children.
Chief Financial Officer
Nanette Haubensak brings with her many years of experience in management functions in finance and controlling and as CFO, including her work at the listed Hochdorf Group and the Rieter Group. She is a proven financial expert and a strong leader with an international background. In her role, she continues to direct Netcetera towards growth, internationalization, strengthening profitability, and financing opportunities.
In 2019, Nanette Haubensak took a sabbatical, including volunteering in Myanmar and completing a CAS in digital transformation. She supports the Sanni Foundation as an ambassador.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Dominique Ramelet gained many years of leadership and HR experience at companies such as Sunrise Telecommunications and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In his role at Netcetera, he focuses on creating and maintaining a work home for all current and future Netceterians that stands for meaningfulness and significance. He is also responsible for the Software Engineering Pool organization and the operational management and administrative support of all worldwide locations.
Before joining Netcetera, Dominique Ramelet realized a personal dream and sailed around the North Atlantic with his partner between 2016 and 2018.
Chief Strategy Officer
Christian Waldvogel holds a Master of Science from ETH Zurich and has many years of experience in agile product and portfolio management. He has helped to significantly grow the share of product-driven business at Netcetera, driving Netcetera's transformation towards an international product provider. In his current role, he focuses on the right strategic mix of products and individual digital solutions to maximally support Netcetera's growth and internationalization ambitions.
In his spare time, Christian Waldvogel is a passionate guitarist, drummer, and music producer.
