JCB certifies Netcetera’s ACS as eligible to serve Japanese banks and JCB cardholders according to the latest payment standards

The first worldwide EMV® 3-D Secure 2.3.1, Netcetera Access Control Server, is certified and approved by the Japanese card network JCB. Thus, it is enabled to serve one of the most powerful fintech markets in Asia and secure the digital payments of JCB cardholders in Japan.
