Your tasks

Creating and managing forecasts and budgets on a regular basis
Creating invoices based on customer agreements and maintaining of commercials data within internal project management tool
Researching and collecting data, creating reports (and eventually automating those) and documents for review and presentation and thus improving the insight into our Value Streams
Financial data Analysis and Reporting, as well as monitoring and tracking KPIs
Quality assurance, for example through collating data, auditing, or consistency checks
Provide general administrative support

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, management, economics, or a related field is required
3-5 years of experience in the Financial/Controlling area
Can multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines
Excellent coordination skills, high energy, positive attitude, highly organized
Proactive approach to problem-solving with analytical, structured, and critical mindset and affinity to numbers
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and willingness and skill to learn new tools quickly (experience in Power Query & Power BI is an advantage)
Basic Project Management knowledge
Familiar with state-of-the-art collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Jira
Very good verbal and written communications skills in English, as well as the ability to work effectively across distributed teams (German is a plus)
Has an affinity to IT and software engineering
The ideal candidate already had a similar role in an international mid-size or large-scale IT company
