Learning & Development Specialist

We’re looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who will support our learning initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and administration of learning initiatives that empower our employees to succeed. You’ll be part of the Netcetera University team, helping to build impactful learning solutions and enhance our onboarding process. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in L&D within a dynamic environment.

Your role:

Managing existing inhouse courses (contact with external partners, communication with participants, administration)
Organizing Onboarding Days for new employees
Creating communication campaigns for existing and new learning offerings
Collecting feedback from training sessions, analyze data, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes
Contributing to the development of new learning initiatives as part of the project team

Your profile:

Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
Interest in learning and development
Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
Strong communication skills in English (verbally and in writing)
Learning and growth mindset

Nice to have:

First experience with L&D
Experience with communication/marketing campaigns
Experience with organizational development
