To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master. You will be a key facilitator in a scaled agile development environment. Acting as a servant-leader, helping the team adopt to scrum principles, supporting continuous improvement, and managing impediments. You will work closely with the product owner, the developers in your scrum team and collaborate with the other Scrum Masters on a scaled level to ensure overarching efficiency.

Your tasks:
- Promote a collaborative, self-organizing team culture & work environment
- Encourage continuous improvement, both at the individual and team levels
- Addressing and managing impediments and facilitate flow
- Guide the development team and the product owner on how to best utilize agile practices to deliver high-value products
- Foster a mindset of shared responsibility and ownership within the team
- Facilitation of scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint review, sprint retrospective) & foster best practices
- Help promote agile values and principles both within the team and across the broader organization.
