We are looking for an experienced Growth and Performance Marketing Manager to strategise, plan, and execute our team’s paid digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate combines strong experience in a growth and performance role, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset, turning complex data into actionable growth strategies. You’ll work independently to create structured marketing plans, present clear performance insights, and coordinate with portfolio representatives to align campaigns with business goals and product priorities.

Your tasks
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth and performance marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Own and oversee PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (LinkedIn)
- Ensure paid marketing activities are effectively connected to CRM and Marketing automation tools
- Implement data-driven approaches to improve cost efficiency and performance continuously
- Plan and oversee all paid marketing activities within the digital marketing team
- Collaborate with portfolio representatives to align advertising with portfolio goals
- Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators for smooth campaign execution
- Ensure cross-team alignment between SEO, content, design, and product marketing
- Track key performance metrics to measure campaign success
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Utilise Web Analytics and advertising dashboards for in-depth performance analysis
- Develop data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimisations
