Your tasks

Collaborate with a team to manage and maintain workplace services such as Jamf Pro / Intune and the Microsoft 365 suite.
Configure and ensure the optimal performance of related infrastructure.
Automate repetitive tasks to enhance quality and efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and work closely with the service desk to troubleshoot issues and improve overall setup.
Provide second-level support for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Your profile

Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and patching Windows 10/11 and/or macOS.
Experience with endpoint management tools, preferably Intune and Jamf Pro.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and hybrid identity setups.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, particularly Teams, Exchange Online, Sharepoint and OneDrive administration.
Understanding of fundamental security and networking concepts.
Strong desire and proficiency in scripting and automation.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Team spirit and work ethic.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage.
