We are currently seeking a temporary, full-time HR Generalist to join our team in Ljubljana.

Start date: 1. 6. 2025
Duration: 1 year (maternity leave replacement)

Your role

As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring an excellent workplace experience.

People Care (Employee Relations)

Address employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and company practices.
Provide guidance on well-being and interpersonal relations.

Talent Management

Offer advice on performance improvement and career development.
Assist employees based on their development needs.
HR Administration and Labor Law
Create, maintain, and update employee records with attention to detail.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Onboarding

Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees.
Lead new hires through company policies and procedures.

Recruitment

Identify, attract, and engage suitable candidates.
Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings to interviews.
Assess candidates and communicate with prospective talent.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Knowledge of Slovenian labor legislation and legal practices.

People-focused mindset.
Attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts.
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve HR processes.
Familiarity with HR software and tools.
