Speed up internal hospital communication processes

Digital Order Management: Control all your patient-related orders centrally from one system

With over 90 predefined order types to date, you can manage examinations and therapies in a targeted manner, record medical orders and ensure targeted communication for all staff members involved in the treatment process. Appointments and tasks as well as the respective status of processing are visible, internal communication and interaction become more transparent and comprehensible.

Ordered services are automatically displayed in the functional areas, appointments can be confirmed or changed. Services rendered can be acknowledged and the results of laboratory tests, endoscopy, or radiology, for example, are entered directly into the electronic patient record via digital order management – regardless of the primary system used by the respective specialist department.

Nursing staff on the ward receive clear work lists. Consults from other departments can be requested directly, and results and documents are made available directly in the electronic medical record.

The digital order management is completely browser-based and can be used on stationary PCs as well as via the ward round trolley or mobile devices. The modern HTML5 technology used also allows the module to be easily integrated into most modern primary systems.

Digital order management interfaces with the internal electronic patient record as well as the hospital's primary systems for controlling patient-related processes and workflows.

"Since the company-wide introduction of digital order management, it is much easier for everyone involved to place orders and keep track of everything. This high level of digitalization ensures a more transparent and traceable internal communication and interaction."
